Almost everytime I go to group I come home with something useful. Sometimes it is just an idea or an inspiration, but this time I found out about this fantastic Red Wine Stock Pot from Tesco. It comes also in a White Wine version, and they are absolutely syn free!

I am not a big drinker, but I love the flavour of wine in foods. I bought it and used it in my bolognese sauce. The result was amazing! It tasted so much more like the version I grew up with!

I can’t wait to try it in other recipes, such as casseroles or risottos!
